Exercise: Day 5

Uh oh. . . No exercise today. I fell off the wagon, got sidetracked by a huge technical issue here with the website. I know this is bound to happen sometimes, but I can’t get thrown very often.

But in the interests of full disclosure, I’m letting you know. Yup, I’m only human. Today I blew it.

Will do better tomorrow. Hope you did better today!

  1. I thoroughly enjoy doing my hiit routine in the morning . It gives me energy throughout the day. If my workouts were highly intense, I feel great all day long. Supplements are not really necessary with the proper hiit routine , really good nutrition program and the proper rest.
